Our ordering process couldn’t be simpler.
Contact • The first step is to get in touch, by phone or email, and agree what you need from us.
Design • Once the job is agreed, we’ll get to work on any artwork you require.
Proof • When we’ve done our first draft we’ll email you a proof to check over and suggest any amendments.
Print • Once we’ve agreed a final proof we will go to print, at which point no further changes can be made – so make sure you check it carefully!
Deliver and Pay • Then we’ll get it to you as fast as we can, and payment will be due upon delivery. Easy as ABC!

Terms and conditions
Proofs. All proofs provided to the customer are digital proofs, provided to a valid email address. No hardcopy printed proofs will be provided.
Delivery. Every effort shall be made to deliver all items within 14 working days. However Publishack accepts no responsibility for delays through any reason out of its control, including but not limited to Act of God, terrorism, war, third party supplier delays.
Margin of error. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure quantities and sizes of printed items delivered are as stated, no responsibility will be accepted by Publishack for errors in quantities or measurements of items up to 10% of the quantities or sizes agreed.
Colour. Whilst every effort is made to keep colours true to those of proofs and original artwork supplied, Publishack accepts no responsibility for any differences to original artwork supplied or onscreen images.
Copyright. All artwork produced by Publishack remains the property of Publishack unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Original design files may be purchased if required for an agreed price. The customer is responsible for ensuring all artwork, images, text, fonts etc supplied by them is free from legal or moral restrictions on its reproduction or other use.
Prices. Prices quoted in this catalogue and separately quoted to customers are correct at the time of print and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Artwork credit. Publishack credit badge may be included on any printed product unless specifically agreed in writing prior to print.
Payment. Payment methods accepted: Cash, cheque or bank transfer. PayPal can be accepted in certain circumstances by prior arrangement. Payment due on delivery. Publishack reserves the right to request a 50% deposit on any job before commencing any design or print work.
Artwork. Publishack reserves the right not to print or reproduce any subject matter which it deems to be inappropriate, offensive or unacceptable for any reason whatsoever..
